Name's Penteghost, and I spend my time writing, drawing, gaming, rolling my eyes at the various fictional characters that live inside my head, and fighting the disgusting cocktail of neuroses that thickly slathers my mind like a rain-soaked bog. infinitywaltz is my queerplatonic partner; my soulmate; my monarch of Hell; my absolute favourite person of all time. I love them to death and back again, beyond the grave. Please go shower ‘em in the love they richly deserve and check out their art. They work very hard and I think they should have a lot more recognition for it.
Over 60 years ago, a fresh face in the city of Granite caused widespread shock and panic when he killed several of Granite's Police Department in a terrifying show of skill and ruthlessness. Even challenging the GPD's commissioner, Ira Wrath (the sin himself), the pale-eyed vampire who would become one of Granite's Most Wanted, Sir Misery, set off a series of events that would continue to rock the city to this day.
Drawing the eye and attention of the city's white knight and one of its most well-known politicians and benefactors, Malachy Isidore (known more famously by his moniker, Indigo), Sir Misery entered into a deadly game of intellectual prowess with the demon, quickly becoming his most important rival.
Mystery, sexual tension and intrigue abound, the two were enraptured with each other; though neither of them became aware of their deeply buried feelings until a series of events forced them to confront the undeniable (and painful) truth that they both were deeply in love with their rival.
Despite their initial denial, both Misery and Malachy have come to embrace their love for one another, and now frequently sneak out like rebellious teenagers to canoodle and occasionally escape to their holiday home in Italy.
Neither the Misery Company nor the Indigo Association (their respective organisations) are any the wiser (aside from a small handful of trusted individuals, some of whom often aid their illicit relationship), and assume that the two are still enemies to this day.
